To whom it may concern ( Request from Burma Campaign Japan )

Nay Myo Htin Kyaw( Deputy Head of Literature & Research Department )   is  a  news journalist of  Burma Campaign Japan formed by me as director of Burma Campaign Japan in Tokyo , Burma Related News Network ,Campaigning for Human Rights and Democracy in Burma .As you know very well ,the situation in Burma has been worsening more and more after the Golden Revolution on september 2007 premeditated and committed by the military junta and after all 88gen-eration student leaders , monks  and  people of  Burma were kept under jail for worsening .
TheUnited States has said that Myanmar’s planned November 7 general elections cannot be “inclusive or credible” without release of all political prisoners in the country. The November 7 general elections announced by the military junta, without release of all political prisoners, and creating a condition of free participation of people and political parties, could not be considered, Obama Administration has said.
The humanitarian and political situation is deteriorating in Burma. The situation in Burma remains bleak.” Violence against ethnic minorities continues, resulting in more than five-hundred-thousand internally displaced persons, approximately two-hundred-thousand refugees in Thailand, Malaysia, India and Bangladesh, continuing complaints of forced labor, increasing narcotics flows across borders, and approximately one-thousand-one-hundred political prisoners in custody.
He has now been detained by Tokyo immigration authorities,he is very important person of our NGO , and we should work together for our country human right demostration until we hold for democracy against Myanmar Military government .
Under these circumstances ,Nay Myo Htin Kyaw( Deputy Head of Literature & Research Department )  would have surely suffered from arrest , inhuman torture     and   a long-team imprisonment if he had  been  forced  to return to  his  homeland  without  his  consent   . I   earnestly request you to grant him a political  asylum status in  Japan until democracy prevails in Burma .

Director of Burma Campaign Japan.

A journalist collects and disseminates information about current events, people, trends, and issues. His or her work is acknowledged as journalism.
Reporters are one type of journalist. They create reports as a profession for broadcast or publication in mass media such as newspapers, television, radio, magazines, documentary film, and the Internet. Reporters find sources for their work, their reports can be either spoken or written, and they are often expected to report in the most objective and unbiased way to serve the public good. A columnist is a journalist who writes pieces that appear regularly in newspapers or magazines.
Depending on the context, the term journalist also includes various types of editors and visual journalists, such as photographers, graphic artists, and page designers.
Some journalists in the United States adhere to the standards and norms expressed in the Society of Professional Journalists ethical code.[1] Foremost in the minds of most practicing journalists is the issue of maintaining credibility, "Professional integrity is the cornerstone of a journalist's credibility."[1] For journalists struggling with ethical decisions, there is an Ethics AdviceLine for Journalists.
